Who we are

Bend Water Damage Pros (this website) is a free quote service that connects homeowners in Bend and Central Oregon with independent water damage restoration companies. We are not a contractor. This policy covers information collected through this site only; each restoration company has its own privacy practices once you deal with them directly.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect what you type: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you selected and the details you describe. If you call the number on this site, the call connects you with the service and may be logged for routing. We also collect standard website analytics (see below).

How the form works

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Submissions are delivered by Cloudflare email delivery to the site operator. Cloudflare processes the submission in transit under its own privacy terms; we do not use the data for anything other than matching you with providers and answering you.

Who sees your request

Your request is shared with the independent restoration companies we match you with so they can contact you with a quote. Those companies are separate businesses; once you engage with one, your relationship and any contract are with them. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with parties other than the matched providers and the services that deliver the form.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people reach the site. GA4 uses cookies and collects device and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and screen size. We do not use advertising features or tie analytics data to form submissions. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Retention

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to route them and handle follow-up questions, then deleted or archived. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults.

Your choices and deletion

To see, correct or delete the information you submitted, use the contact form, choose "Not sure yet" as the service, and write "Privacy request" and the phone number or email you used in the details. We will confirm by email. Deleting data we hold does not delete copies already sent to a matched provider; you can contact that company directly and we will tell you which companies received your request.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home services and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions go through the contact form or Call (727) 300-6656.
